  • The product is not expired or damaged due to customer mishandling
  • The product's expiry date is at least 6 months from the date of return
  • All original packaging, labels, and documentation are intact

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened, used, or partially used products
  • Products with tampered or damaged seals
  • Items without original packaging or labels
  • Expired products
  • Products damaged due to customer negligence or misuse
  • Items purchased more than 30 days ago

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • Provide your order number and reason for return
  • Send high-quality photos of the product and packaging
  • Wait for return approval before shipping the product back

4. Return Shipping

  • Defective Products: Free return shipping (we provide return label/pickup details)
  • Customer Preference Returns: Customer bears return shipping charges
  • Use any courier service; ensure package is properly insured and tracked

5. Return Address

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return address. Do not ship items without prior approval.

6. Refund Processing

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we process refunds within 7-10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Bank transfer refunds may take 5-7 additional business days to reflect in your account
  • Refund amount excludes original shipping charges (unless the return is due to our error)

7. Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence
  • We will arrange replacement or full refund without requiring return shipping
